Here is what you need to know about our Book Fair, which will take place from Monday, October 27th through Thursday, November 6th in our centrally located LRC library . . . 

  • All students will have an opportunity to preview books and make their "Wish List" the week of October 27th.

  • All students will be able to purchase books during designated school hours Friday, October 31st through Wednesday, November 5th.   

  • The Fair will continue to be open for families on Wednesday, November 5th from 4pm to 8pm and Thursday, November 6thfrom 10am to 8pm during your conference time.

  • If you can't make it to the Fair, you can shop at our school's Online Book Fair, (October 27th through November 9th). All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25.  Of course, your online orders will also benefit our school.

Veterans Day Celebration

As Veterans Day approaches, we are honored to extend an invitation to the veterans in our community to join us for a special Veterans Day celebration at McDole Elementary. 

This celebration is a time for us to come together and express our heartfelt gratitude for your service and sacrifice. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 11 at 8:15 am at McDole Elementary.

 To assist with our planning, we would appreciate it if you would RSVP by contacting Kathy

Pumpkin Decorating Contest - Pumpkin Drop off on Friday, Oct. 17th

Drop off your book theme decorated pumpkin on Friday, October 17th, for entry in the pumpkin decorating contest in the school library!

No carved pumpkins, as the pumpkins will be sitting indoors for a week during the voting. Real and artificial pumpkins accepted!

Student voting will be October 20th - 24th. Pumpkins must be picked up on Friday, October 24th or Monday, October 27th after school.

Trunk or Treat

McDole PTO is back with our annual Trunk or Treat! Dress your family in their spookiest, cutest, or funniest costumes and join us in the McDole west parking lot on Saturday, October 18th from 2-4pm for some trick or treating fun. We are looking for volunteers to help make this event awesome. If you are willing to show off your crafty, creative side and help us out by decorating a trunk PLEASE SIGN UP AT THIS LINK.

We are excited to kick off our dining nights with Paisano's Pizza. They will generously contribute 15% of sales to the McDole PTO. You can call in to place your order, stop in or order online. It is important to mention the McDole PTO Fundraiser when ordering. They will also have a container on their counter to collect receipts that will go towards the fundraiser. UNO Tournament & Family Game Night

McDole PTO is excited to announce our upcoming UNO Tournament & Family Game Night! McDole Families and staff are invited to join us for an evening of fun! Cheer on the K-5th grade students while they compete in an UNO tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the tournament winners! In addition to the tournament, we will have board & card games available to play, Open Gym after the tournament, and snacks.
